Airdrie and District Victims Assistance Society (ADVAS) is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that provides 24 hour crisis response and support to victims of crime and/or tragedy through the RCMP. Supported and operated within the Airdrie RCMP Detachment, ADVAS assists individuals within the Airdrie and Beiseker Detachments and surrounding districts.

ADVAS Volunteers Honoured
The tremendous work done by the ADVAS team resulted in all front line volunteers receiving the 2012 Golden Heart Award! ADVAS had 13 active volunteers last year and has since increased the volunteer team to 24. The volunteers contributed over 5,000 hours of their time and talents to support people in our communities who have been impacted by crime and tragedy.
